  • Shoulder shrugs: Again, keeping the arms at the sides of the body, repeatedly shrug the shoulders in an up and down, controlled motion.
  • Shoulder stretches: With the arms relaxed at the side of the body, press the shoulders back. A good stretch will be felt in the shoulder blades and lower area of the neck.
